AchieveAble supports recent high school graduates as they navigate community college intending to complete a degree or transfer to a four-year college within two or three years.
Over 24 months, AcheiveAble offers 1:1 coaching and academic advising, help with scholarships and financial aid applications, weekly gatherings, peer support, and fun outings.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Young adults, ages 17-20 who:
Recently completed high school diploma or GED
Are ready to enroll in community college to pursue a degree or transfer
DREAMers and first-generation college students are encouraged to join!
